  1. 01

    You send

Composer, email or WhatsApp — the topic decides which desk receives it.

  2. 02

    We triage

A person reads it the same working day and assigns the engineer or lead who owns that area.

  3. 03

    You get an answer

A direct reply with next steps — not an auto-response asking you to wait.

  4. 04

    We keep the thread

Follow-ups stay with the same person, so context never resets.

07 — Questions

Before you write

The answers people ask for most often — partnerships, collaboration, press and platform support.

01Which inbox should I use?

Anything about tracks, projects or the review process goes to learn@devcse.com. Campus programmes, cohort licensing and content collaboration go to hello@devcse.com. Collaboration, portfolio reviews and hiring introductions go to careers@devcse.com. Logos, guidelines and media requests go to press@devcse.com.

02How fast do you reply?

Every message gets a human reply within one working day. Technical questions are answered by the engineer who owns that area, so a detailed answer can take an extra day — you will still hear from us first.

03Can we run DevCSE tracks with our team or campus?

Yes. Write to hello@devcse.com with the group size, the technology areas you care about and your timeline. We scope the module map with you before anything is agreed.

04Do you take on client engineering work?

Selectively, through the regional desks. The UK desk handles consulting and creative collaborations; the Bangladesh desk covers local partnerships and team cohorts. Include the brief, constraints and timeline in your first message.

05Where can I get the logo and brand assets?

The 20-sheet DevCSE Brand Identity Board is linked in the footer of every page and covers construction, clear space, colour, typography and usage. For anything beyond it, contact press@devcse.com.

06What are the Brand & International Region Relations lines for?

MUMITUL, DEVCSE, ZEXIBO and ILI each run a direct line for brand relations, platform partnerships, international region support and regional education programmes. Call or use WhatsApp — those numbers reach a person, not a queue.
